1. Devolve power and resources
Devolve power and resources from the centre of the party, giving members, local parties and regions greater influence over how Scottish Labour organises, campaigns, and develops policy.
2. Empower our movement
Strengthen CLPs and empower new regional structures with political leadership, staff support and the resources required to act with a greater role in shaping our party.
3. Rebuild in our communities
Support members to organise and campaign throughout the year, rebuilding Labour's presence in every part of Scotland.
